Position Overview
As a Project Manager at Greenberry, you will play a key role in ensuring our projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will manage all phases of the project lifecycle, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring that every project upholds the excellence our name is known for.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Ensure resource availability and efficient allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track and report project performance against KPIs and milestones.
  • Proactively manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Foster and maintain vendor and subcontractor relationships.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation and compliance with all safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field—or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience managing industrial fabrication or construction projects.
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies (PMP certification a plus).
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
  • Experience with financial forecasting and job costing.
